Coming on as the designer for Zweet Sport was truly a dream come true. Not only do I get to be a part of an amazing team designing some of the most fashionable activewear, I have also developed a love for yoga and an extremely healthy practice. Growing up as a serious ballerina, I practically lived in activewear for the first 18 years of my life so designing it seems only natural. It's so important to feel both comfortable and beautiful when you’re exercising because that is what keeps you motivated to continue! My love for both art and fashion stems back to when I was young, so pursuing a career in fashion design seemed obvious. I studied at Radford University where I received a degree in both Fashion Design and Art History. From there I went on tackle so many different areas of the art and fashion industries. From studying ancient art in Greece to working in couture bridal in London, I developed a love for travel and an appreciation for art and fashion abroad. My experiences stateside have been wonderful too. I have had the opportunity to work for fashion publications, dabble in designing competition leotards for gymnasts, and of course Zweet, a project I could really pour my heart into. Zweet has inspired me to stay active, creative, and happy. I hope our products will do the same for you!
