Director of Brand Ambassadors, Jennifer Lynn

Jennifer is an Honors Graduate of Xavier University, Class of 2000. Upon completion of her degree, Jennifer subsequently pursued her certifications for Spinning, Pilates, YogaFit and personal training. She studied under Balanced Body University, Mad Dogg Athletics, The Physical Mind Institute and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jennifer is AFP (Aquatic Fitness Professional) Certified. Currently Jennifer is teaching in all these areas while always adding to her education by attending conferences and mentoring notable and respected members of the fitness community.

Asheville, North Carolina:

Jess Toan

Jess Toan is originally from Northern Virginia, and graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina with a degree in World Religions. Her interest in holistic health and spirituality led to her yoga teacher training in 2004 in Costa Rica. Throughout school and after graduation, she travelled throughout India, Nepal, Brazil, South Africa, Kenya, Europe, Japan, New Zealand, Fiji, and Australia, working, volunteering, and furthering her studies in cultural traditions and yoga. After her travels, Jess settled down in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina where she taught yoga in multiple gyms, recreation centers, Gwynn Valley Summer Camp, and a school for at-risk adolescents. She attended The Asheville School of Massage and Yoga where she received a integrated education in the arts of massage, yoga, and energy work. In 2011, she graduated from Goddard College with a Master's degree in Health Arts & Sciences with a focus on Women's Endocrine & Reproductive Health. Jess now practices massage therapy in Asheville. Sarah Evans

Sarah moved from Winchester, Virginia, to the Lake Norman area north of Charlotte, NC, 6 years ago. She is a graduate of High Point University where she majored in Human Relations. Upon relocating to Lake Norman Sarah worked in the retail industry. Sarah is a former gymnast and cheerleader and ran cross country in high school. She currently works as a tumbling and gymnastics instructor at White Lightning Tumble and Cheer located in Huntersville. She also teaches gymnastics skills to preschoolers on the Wheelz A Flippin bus. Sarah has a passion for fitness and continues a rigorous workout routine every day. She has been featured in two Pilate's fitness videos. Sarah is the mother of a 3 1/2 year old and has already started Sydney in gymnastics classes. Karri Telford

As an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, Karri teaches several different class formats in fitness centers across Northern Virginia. As an extension of her fitness training Karri was introduced to pole fitness four years ago and quickly became addicted. She has been teaching and performing pole fitness for over two years and opened her own pole fitness studio - Pole Pressure of Leesburg. Most recently Karri won the title of Miss South Carolina Pole Champion 2011! Karri also has performed in a number of local competitions, as well as showcase performances with the Rock the Pole Showcase in Hollywood, CA, The Susan G. Komen Pole-A-Thon in Northern Virginia, and the Eye Candy Burlesque Troop in Buffalo, NY. What Karri loves most about pole fitness is the confidence gained from reaching new levels of strength and endurance, as well as the artistic expression. Jenn Ricci

Jennifer Ricci, a Boston native, graduated with honors from Bentley University receiving a degree in Economics. She puts her degree to use as a Business Systems Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Although she loves her job, her true passion lies in fitness and health. She ran track and cross country in high school and was Captain of her cross country team her senior year. Her love for athletics continued in college, where she played rugby until an unfortunate injury. She endured surgery and months of physical therapy to recover from the injury and ultimately beat the odds, running a half marathon to raise money for the American Heart Association. Post college, her love for fitness grew, and she decided to train for fitness competitions. She has since competed twice and started spreading her fitness and nutrition knowledge with others via her blog, “Fresh Take on Fitness.” Her love of the gym and eating clean while leading a busy 9-5 business lifestyle makes her relatable and inspiring.
