What is the status of my order?
ZweetSport will process all orders within 2 business days. We will notify you by emailing a confirmation of your order when it ships that includes the tracking number. Please call 703.333.5091 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status of your order if you do not receive an email.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
ZweetSport will ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt; however, if an order requires communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone).
Can I expedite my shipping?
If you wish to expedite your order, please call 703.333.5091. There will be an added freight charge with any orders on Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day Deliveries.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
ZweetSport ships to all P.O. Boxes using the United States Postal Service.
What happens if out of stock?
If an item is sold out, we will notify you by email or phone.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, ZweetSport is more than happy to accept phone orders. Please call 703.333.5091 to discuss your purchase.
How much do you charge for sales tax?
All orders shipped to any Virginia address will have VA sales tax applied.
Can’t find a product?
All the products that are currently available in our inventory are shown online. If you do not see the product you’re looking for, it is most likely we are sold out for the season and no longer carry it. Please email email@example.com
and we may be able help you locate a retail location or studio that still has the item in stock.
